"We are all grieving the small deaths we are living through on a day-to-day basis. Be more loving. Be more kind. Be more compassionate."

I am so excited to share various aspects of my personal life and professional experiences with you.

We are often told, “live your life to the fullest”; I am here to do just that. This site serves as a vessel to share my journey which includes: my passions, my work, my goals, my hobbies, and also opportunities to network and collaborate.

Check out the pages for more details regarding my educational background, training experiences, professional work, community engagement opportunities, workshops and courses being offered, my blog, my live radio show and podcast, and a lot more.

I am the creator of the Smart for a Black Girl brand which includes a live show on fireside, a podcast that is available on all major streaming platforms, and a blog. The name is used intentionally to highlight microaggressions that Black women face in predominantly white spaces.

Looking forward to making meaningful connections and finding new ways to educate, learn, and collaborate. Like me, this is a work in progress.
